EXECUTING THE MISSION

TSgt XXXX fulfilled FY23 mission requirements by accounting for ##% of his flight’s total accessions, pivotal in closing all goaled programs leading to the prestigious AFRS Standard of Excellence award. He also made an immediate impact after assuming Flight Chief duties by directing the submission ## total applications, closing the rated program.

LEADING PEOPLE

Carried out training for two rookie recruiters, prepped for # month eval, both passed and are on track for certification. Got troop coined by general for superior performance.

MANAGING RESOURCES

Negotiated FY24 goal at annual goaling conference. Secured challenging but attainable targets for upcoming fiscal year.

IMPROVING THE UNIT

TSgt Reed spearheaded AFCEP training at the OA workshop, enlightening ## newly assigned recruiters on tier 1 and tier 2 processes elevating mission capabilities across the command. Additionally, he led a Biomedical Sciences Corp breakout for # recruiters, enhancing unit effectiveness through program knowledge sharing.
